Return & Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

  1. No refund or cancellation is allowed once payment is successfully made.
  2. In the event that outdoor activities are cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, a refund may be granted upon approval by KKB Management. Please take note of the following:
    • Refund requests must be submitted via email to KKB Management within 3 days of the cancellation, along with valid supporting proof.
    • For registered Club Members:
      i)  Approved refunds will be credited in the form of points to the member’s account.
      ii) These points can be used for future bookings.
      iii) Cash or bank transfers refunds will not be provided.
    • For Non-Members:
      i) Approved refunds will be made only to the booking person’s bank account.
      ii) No alternatives refunds methods will be accepted.
      iii) Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from confirmation by the payment gateway provider. Please allow up to 2 weeks to 1 month for completion.
  3. The Club reserves the right to determine the feasibility of rescheduling or postponing bookings due to special circumstances or major corporate events. Notifications will be made at least 3 days in advance or within 1 week , depending on the situation.

Return Policy

Returns of sold products will only be considered due to product damage. To return your product(s), please send the whole product(s) back to:
